A LUXURY YOGA EVENING AT NÚNA COLLECTIVE

Join me for a luxurious 120-minute Fascia Releasing and Restorative Yoga class designed to help you release tension and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll focus on easing tightness throughout the body by targeting specific acupressure points. Using acupressure balls, we’ll apply gentle yet effective pressure to release built-up stress.

The class begins with a gentle flow to awaken the body and breath, transitions into acupressure poses using Tune Up balls with elements of Yin Yoga, meditation and restorativeyoga.

✨A time to soften, release tension, and reconnect with yourself✨

To enhance your relaxation, participants can opt for an acupuncture plaster applied to one ear after class. This plaster lasts 5-7 days and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, deepening the relaxation and helping you carry the calmness with you for a long time after the class.

This evening’s focus:

Working with the connective tissue—the fascia. Using massage balls will create a soothing sensation, much like a deep (full body) tissue massage, to help release mental and physical blockages, adding meditative techniques to the practice helps us go deeper.
