This is a course for you who have been meditating for a while and want continued support. The purpose of the course is to give you guidance in both theory and practical exercises (through video and audio format) so that you can regain and / or continue your practice in your unique way in the future.

Welcome to the online course “Mindfulness meditation – specialization course”. This is a course for you who have practiced mindfulness for a while and now want to take your practice further. The course is based on Mindfulness meditation, we will alternate different meditation techniques, breathing exercises, yoga with theory and reflections for 3 weeks. The exercises are varied, such as video exercises and audio files. The course requires time and commitment from you as a participant if you want to get the most out of the course.
