Welcome to Pregnancy Yoga Online! This course is suitable for you who want yoga during your pregnancy and prepare the body as optimally as possible for the upcoming birth and parenting life. This course is so much more than just pregnancy yoga, you get lots of useful knowledge about what happens in the body during pregnancy, research, preparation for the partner, massage tips, music tips, we write birth certificates and much more.

You can start the course at any time during pregnancy, the course is 4 weeks long. You have access to the online course for 6 months, so you can take the course as a 4-week course and then go back to the areas you want to focus on where you are in your pregnancy. Everything to adapt yoga to where you are in your pregnancy.

You can be anywhere, all you need is a computer / tablet / telephone with connection. The pregnancy yoga course is suitable for both you who are a beginner yogi and a van yogi.

What does the pregnancy yoga online course contain?

The course is 4 weeks long, it contains weekly yoga classes (45 minutes long) with different themes, several different prenatal breathing exercises (pranayama and prophylactic breathing), relaxation exercises, meditation, an asana – picture library on most yoga positions clear explanations, educational materials for the pregnant woman the woman in the form of current research, info about what is happening in the body, mental preparation (meditations in the form of audio files), wonderful yoga music, massage tips, childbirth preparation compendium, tips for the partner and much more!

We recommend that you first go through the course for 4 weeks, just follow the weekly flow, then you can go back and use the material you want for 6 months.

What prior knowledge do I need to have?

You do not need to have any previous knowledge of yoga, we start from scratch and build on from there. This course is suitable for both you who are a beginner-yogi and a van-yogi.

How long do I have access to the courses?

You have access to the course for a full 6 months!

The purpose of having access to the course for such a long time is that you should be able to steer so that it suits you! Maybe you want to focus extra on the breathing exercises closer to the birth? Maybe more relaxation and mental preparation at the beginning of childbirth? You put up yoga the way you want.

Can I get private pregnancy yoga classes / coaching?

Yes, you can buy it for extra in your course. You can choose if you want to use the time as a “Yoga PT” where we look at what you need to practice extra before the birth or if you have any problem areas (eg joint pain). Or you can use the time for “Conversational coaching” and you will then receive customized coaching with what you need before your birth.
