Fascia Releasing Yoga Evening Retreat with Camilla in December

Join us for a transformative 2 hour Fascia Releasing Yoga class, where we focus on releasing tension throughout the body by targeting specific acupressure points. Using acupressure balls, we apply gentle yet effective pressure to help release built-up tension and stress.
❥ A time to soften, release tension, and reconnect with yourself ❥
We will begin with a gentle flow to awaken the body and breath, followed by still acupressure poses using Tune Up balls, incorporating elements of Yin Yoga, and ending with a long, restorative Savasana.
Both acupuncture and acupressure promote homeostasis in the body, making this class perfect whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, or the release of mental and physical blockages.
After the class, participants will have the option to experience additional stimulation with an acupuncture plaster applied to one ear. This plaster, which lasts 3-5 days, enhances the parasympathetic effect, helping to further relax the body and mind post-class.
This evening’s focus is on working with the connective tissue—the fascia. The massage balls will soften the body, creating a soothing sensation much like a deep tissue massage.
