This is a course for you who want to start meditating but may not really know how to start. The purpose of the course is to guide you to regular meditation through practical exercises, theory, guidance in video format, text and audio exercises for 5 weeks. So that Mindfulness meditation is then a natural part of your everyday life!

Mindfulness is a way of life, as a school to learn a new approach to life’s challenges and to increase the quality of life.

This is a course for you who want to start meditating but may not really know how to start. The purpose of the course is to guide you to regular meditation through practical exercises, theory and guidance in video format, text and audio exercises.

The course is based on Mindfulness meditation, we will try different meditation techniques, breathing exercises and yoga. We immerse ourselves in meditation as a subject and its important foundations.

During the course, you practice daily with the week’s exercise, which is between 5-20 minutes long. After completing the course, you are ready to take your practice further on your own and make mindfulness meditation a natural part of your everyday life.
